Víctor R. Mizrachi
Victor Mizrachi graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Panama (National University
of Panama) with a degreee in architecture and has more than 30 years of experience.
from 1980 to 1993 he was a project development manager in the Ministry of Economy
and Planification. From 1999 to 2004 he worked a director in the Ministry of Housing
and Urban Development. He is also a member of the Panamanian Society of Architects
and Engieers and of the Institute of evaluations in Panama.
In 2005 he obtained his real state license. He has attended numerous courses and
seminars in Taiwan, Colombia, Peru and the United States.
Among the numerous projects he has been involved we have: Directed and participated
in the creation of the documents for the zoning of Urbandade in Panama city; participated
in the planification process of the district of San Francisco and the Old Quarters
in Panama city and in the zoning of numerous urban centers in the interior of the
republic such as Anton Valley, Guarare and Aguadulce.
Currently he works as an oficial appraisor and as a consultant assessing real states
investments through out the republic.
